Ashton earned her CGC at 6 months of age. She earned the first
leg of her Rally Novice title at 9 months old and her RN title the
day she turned 11 months. She earned an additional qualifying
RN leg in October 2005 at the National Specialty in Chandler,
Arizona. She obtained the first leg of her RA in November 2006
at the National Specialty in Topeka, Kansas and completed her
RA title the following month. She earned her first major taking
Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex over specials on the
Florida Circuit from the Bred-By-Exhibitor class.
Ashton obtained the first leg of her Rally Excellent title with a
score of 99 (out of 100) and 1st place in the class in April 2007.
The next day she obtained the first leg of her CD and 2nd place
in the class with a score of 192.5 (out of 200). Ashton obtained
her Rally Excellent title after earning the second and third legs
with 4th place both days at the Murfreesboro Obedience
Training Club Trial in July 2007.
Ashton had a phenomenal weekend at the Atlanta shows in
August 2007. On Saturday she earned the second leg of her CD
at the Lawrenceville Kennel Club show. On Sunday she
obtained the third leg and her CD title in the morning. She then
went into the breed ring in the afternoon and won Winners
Bitch, Best of Winners, and Best of Opposite Sex over specials
for her second major and championship from the
Bred-By-Exhibitor class at the Conyers Kennel Club of Georgia
show.
Ashton wins Rally High in Trial at the 2007 GDCA National
Specialty with first place in Rally Excellent B and third place in
Rally Advanced B obtaining the first leg towards her RAE title.
Ashton is now continuing her training in obedience and agility.
